Terms of service.

These Terms govern your use of JobFeeder, operated by Scietas Technologies LLC (“JobFeeder”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use JobFeeder.

What JobFeeder is

JobFeeder is an information service. We surface and rank publicly available job postings against the preferences you set, using AI to score how well each role fits. We are not an employment agency or recruiter: we do not make hiring decisions, do not represent you to any employer, and do not submit applications or share your profile or resume with employers on your behalf.

Eligibility & your account

You must be at least 16 and able to form a binding contract. Keep your login credentials secure; you’re responsible for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Subscriptions & billing

Paid access is $9.99 per month, billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account settings or the Stripe billing portal; cancellation stops future renewals and your access continues through the end of the current paid period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable for partial periods. If we change the price, we’ll give you notice before it applies to you. Any free preview or trial is described at sign-up and may change.

Your content

You keep ownership of the profile information and resume text you submit. You grant us a limited license to store and process that content to operate the service — including sending it to our AI provider to score roles for you. You confirm you have the right to submit it. You can delete your content by deleting your account.

Acceptable use

Don’t resell or redistribute the service, scrape or bulk-extract data from it, attempt to break or overload it, or use it for anything unlawful.

No warranty

JobFeeder is provided “as is.” AI scoring is best-effort: we rank postings according to your preferences but don’t guarantee accuracy, completeness, or that any role is a genuine match or still open. Always verify a posting’s details with the employer before applying. We don’t guarantee any job, interview, or employment outcome.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scietas Technologies LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You can stop using JobFeeder and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms or misuse the service.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Illinois have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, and you consent to venue there.

Changes

We may update these Terms; if changes are material we’ll update this page and the effective date and notify you where required. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
